Ahead of the 2025 Dragon Boat Festival, Harbin Feimi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. won three major automation line upgrade projects with its strengths in industrial automation and intelligent equipment. Project 1: Rail wheel line automation upgrade

Our “high-precision vision-guided auto loading/unloading system” uses 3D laser scanning and force-control sensing to achieve ±0.1mm grasp positioning of wheel blanks. With an in-house scheduling algorithm, it integrates seamlessly with existing PLCs. Estimated results: loading/unloading +60%, labor cost -75%, boosting efficiency while reducing operating costs.

The system integrates torque-angle dual control and online bolt preload monitoring. With “robot + vision + servo tightening”, brake disc assembly is automated, achieving ±3% torque accuracy and 3–4.5x higher efficiency than manual tightening. A built-in traceability module generates real-time tightening curves to meet high-reliability railway requirements.

Using hybrid “laser SLAM + magnetic guidance”, 5-ton payload and multi-layer safety, it fits semi-structured heavy-load scenarios such as wheel workshops and warehousing logistics. With UWB centimeter-level positioning and non-contact laser sensors, it supports autonomous obstacle avoidance and path planning. A smart dispatch platform coordinates multiple AGVs for unmanned transfer from blanks to semi-finished and finished parts, improving logistics efficiency by an estimated 50%.

These three projects combine high-precision sensing, intelligent control and mechanical design. Winning them proves our customer-first, R&D-driven approach has earned recognition.
